Blanket BC Society’s Annual General Meeting: A Gathering of Warmth and Inspiration
[Richmond, BC] – Blanket BC Society, known for its relentless commitment to providing warmth to those in need, is thrilled to announce its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) set to take place on Saturday, April 20th, 2024, at 1:00 PM.
This year's AGM transforms the norm at MLA Henry Yao's Community Hub near Richmond Brighouse Station, blending community service with thrilling entertainment. Blanket BC Society invites both veteran and new Blanketeers to celebrate past achievements and future visions. Get inspired by guest speakers Ryan Omeasoo, a visionary entrepreneur, and Scotty Mac, an electrifying wrestler and stunt actor, as both speakers will share their unique stories and insights, aiming to inspire and ignite a spirit of community and philanthropy.
But it’s not all talk – the AGM will feature a delightful array of food and beverages, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all. The society is also planning numerous surprises, making it an event not to be missed.
In line with Blanket BC Society’s mission, attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket and a friend, embodying the event's theme of communal warmth and support. This gathering is more than just an annual meeting; it’s a call to action to help our community stay warm and healthy together.
